Yuvraj Singh has been in and out of the Indian national team and last represented the ‘Men in Blue’ in June last year

Flamboyant Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has no immediate plans of hanging his cricketing boots and intends to play at least till the 2019 Cricket World Cup in England and Wales. Fondly called Yuvi by fans and fellow teammates, the Punjab southpaw said he plans to take a call on retiring only after the 2019 world cup.

Incidentally, the hard-hitting batter last played for India in June 2017 and has been in and out of the Indian squad since the past couple of years.

“I am going to look to play till 2019, whatever cricket I get to play. I will take a call when that year is over,” Singh told ANI, and added: “Everybody has to take a decision after a while. I have been playing international cricket since 2000, it has been almost 17-18 years on and off. So, I will definitely take a call after 2019.”
